WR Contracting Ltd. is a full service residential contracting company based out of South Delta, B.C. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Our team consists of individuals who share a passion for delivering a timeless product that is designed to fit the personal preference and style of each individual homeowner.

Over the past several years WR Contracting Ltd. has been providing start to finish renovation solutions to home owners and businesses in the lower mainland. As well as renovations, WR also specializes in new build custom homes. We are a fully licensed and accredited homebuilder in BC and love to push the envelope and challenge ourselves to deliver a one of a kind product.

Our team is led by Founder and President Jared Wheatley who started WR Contracting Ltd. in 2006. After working as a project manager for one of Vancouver’s top renovation companies he decided it was time to venture out and bring his vision of custom renovations and home building to life. As the years progressed, the company has grown and developed into the cohesive team of carpenters, specialty trades & design professionals it is today.

Our Process

From the start, we’re committed to clear communication and providing a transparent plan & budget. Your home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make and we’re here to take care of it every step of the way.

Initial meeting to get to know the homeowners and talk about the project in mind. Gathering information about the details of the existing space that owners like or want to improve, “the wish list”. It is important to have a clear starting point in order to help with the final vision.
Building a comprehensive estimate for the project. Collaborating with the appropriate team members to plan & finalize your design and ensure the desired details are accounted for. Putting in the time on the backend to make sure we have a refined comprehensive budget before starting the project. Taking care of all the permitting and paperwork so clients can focus on the details of their design.
Put the plan into action (build & complete the work)
Performance Monitoring throughout the project. Making sure communication is clear and adjustments/changes are transparent.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and delivering a quality finished product that will stand the test of time.
